Support Plans

You’ve invested a lot of time and money into your website – now it’s time to protect that investment. To keep your WordPress site working optimally and securely, it needs to be regularly updated, secured from malicious viruses and hackers, and backed up regularly. This can be daunting for non-techies and in our experience, most small businesses neglect these important tasks when left to their own devices. Think of it like your car. Getting regular oil changes and tune-ups can prevent costly repairs in the long run. Care Plans start at $35 per month for standard sites and $45 per month for e-commerce sites. Additional support time can be added to your plan at a reduced hourly rate to help you with content, social media, fixes, training, and more.

Social Media is a great way to build relationships with your customers and let the world know that you exist and have value. It’s also a key factor in your SEO strategy. We can help you setup and customize your business presence on services like Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, Instagram and Pinterest as well as integrating these into your website. We can even help you manage these accounts, from planning content to publishing, sharing, and interacting with your audience. Social media advertising is highly recommended for building and engaging with your following. We can help with that too!

 

Email Marketing

Building your email list is one of the best ways to nurture potential leads and convert them to customers. To do that, you'll need to offer some juicy free content to get them to sign-up for your list - since only the people who already love you will give you their email without incentive. Once you've got sign-ups, you'll need to communicate with these leads on a regular basis. Educating them, inspiring them, entertaining them - and eventually leading them to convert. You'll need a CRM to make this happen. We like MailChimp best for newbies, and can help setup your list, design your template to match your website branding, and get you started with how to use it. We can also take this whole piece of your plate, from preparing your email blasts, to configuring them, scheduling, and following up.

 

Content Publishing and Editing

Although we provide training on how to fully use your website, some customers prefer to be hands-off with their website. We fully get it - we outsource things we hate, like bookkeeping. We still want you to write your content, since you are the expert about your business and industry. But you can end your involvement there if you like. Pass it on to us, and we'll edit it, pull out a headline, find an image if needed, format it, optimize it for SEO, post it, share it on social media

 

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

SEO is the art and science of getting your website found by search engines such as Google or Bing. Though the precise ranking mechanisms are kept top secret by the search companies, the best results are generally achieved by providing quality content that is updated regularly, a strong social media presence, building sites using W3C compliant and efficient code, and optimizing site content, titles, etc. for the words and phrases that are most likely to be searched on by the customers you wish to target. This is an organic, un-paid approach to SEO and where we believe every business should start their SEO journey (yes, it’s an ongoing, evolving process).
